Position Summary:
EverWest is seeking an Associate or Senior Associate to join the Investor Relations team.  The position will support and be involved in client services, capital strategies, marketing and fund operation activities.  The position requires a variety of skills, and the ideal candidate will have some work experience in real estate, client services, marketing and/or finance.  The position is full time and will be based in our Denver, Colorado office.


Responsibilities:
  • Managing the firm’s client presentation process and production effort
  • Assist in managing client relationships for multiple real estate investment funds
  • Assist in creating, compiling and managing investor reporting
  • Support efforts for compliance and regulatory matters
  • Manage client subscription agreements, side-letter agreements and all client on-boarding tasks
  • Manage and assist in RFI/RFP processes with strict deadlines

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
  • Highly organized, self-starter who can execute responsibilities with minimal oversight
  • Strong problem solving, communication, quantitative and writing skills
  • Proficient in Excel, Word, Power Point and Outlook
  • Ability to read and comprehend legal documents
  • Working knowledge of investment management/commercial real estate

Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 3-5 years of prior experience in real estate, client services, marketing and/or finance

If employed in Colorado, the salary for this position generally ranges between $70,000 and $120,000. This range is an estimate, based on potential employee qualifications, operational needs and other considerations permitted by law.  Actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the stated range based on various factors including, among other factors, location, education and training, experience, internal pay alignment, and performance.  A potential new employee’s salary history will not be used in compensation decisions.  Many candidates’ compensation will start in the bottom half of the stated range.  This role is also eligible to participate in a merit-based annual bonus award.
