Portfolio Management Analyst

The Analyst will be involved in a wide range of real estate financial analysis.

Primary responsibilities:
▪ Approximately 85% of time dedicated to assisting three Portfolio Managers on the implementation of
investment strategies for four different investment programs; responsibilities include:
  • Assisting in the execution of portfolio & property business plans (i.e. acquisitions, asset management, developments, dispositions and financings)
  •  Performing asset and market analytics for office, industrial, retail, multifamily and niche product types
  • Planning and reporting to investors on portfolio initiatives and progress
  • Assembling quarterly and annual portfolio-level reporting packages
▪ Approximately 15% of time dedicated to assisting the Chief Investment Officer on specific real estate
research projects, industry trends and strategy formulation
▪ Potential travel up to 25% (limited initial travel and this will evolve as the position gains experience)

▪ Prior work experience in real estate, finance or investment banking preferred
▪ Familiarity with economics and strong written communication skills required
▪ Excellent quantitative abilities (technical knowledge of real estate finance concepts preferred)
▪ Ability to effectively communicate with internal committees, clients, brokers, attorneys and consultants
▪ Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
▪ Proven ability to absorb complex material and produce timely, accurate, insightful and concise work product
▪ High level of initiative and strong work ethic; willing to work late hours and weekends as needed

Salary and Benefits:
If employed in Colorado, the salary for this position generally ranges between $60,000 and $90,000. This range is
an estimate, based on potential employee qualifications, operational needs and other considerations permitted by
law. Actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the stated range based on various factors including,
among other factors, location, education and training, experience, internal pay alignment, and performance. A
potential new employee’s salary history will not be used in compensation decisions. Many candidates’
compensation will start in the bottom half of the stated range. This role is also eligible to participate in a meritbased
annual bonus award. In addition, EverWest provides a variety of benefits to employees, including health
