Senior Corporate Accountant

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to multi-task, with attention to detail and an ability to work both independently and in a team environment
Advanced Excel skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office; MRI accounting, AVID softwares or equivalent experience with enterprise accounting systems

Support the Corporate Accounting Manager through preparation and review of full-cycle general ledger journal entries and month-end account reconciliations
Responsible for closing multiple corporate entities on a monthly basis
Review ledger detail, complete variance analysis, and prepare supporting schedules for month-end close
Post cash entries and reconcile bank accounts
Complete monthly billings for asset management fees and additional internal billings
Work with the Property Accounting team to ensure accurate calculations and recording related to property management, construction management, and development fees

Minimum of 5 years of general ledger accounting or minimum of 3 years of public accounting experience.
Minimum of 2 years of MRI accounting software or similar platform
Minimum 2 years of commercial real estate accounting experience preferred
