EverWest Acquires The Offices at Broadway Station Denver, CO

EverWest in conjunction with their joint venture partner, Independencia Asset Management, are pleased to announce the acquisition of this core office investment, The Offices at Broadway Station (the "Property"). The Property is a 95% occupied 3-building project totaling 318,053 s.f. The assets were completely renovated in 2006, while maintaining the classic brick facade. The buildings were historically part of the Gates Rubber campus across Broadway which is slated for redevelopment and are located in Denver with convenient access to all parts of the Denver Metro at the interstate of I-25 and Broadway and have been renovated into a highly desirable creative office environment.
