COMMITTED TO RECRUIT DIVERSE TALENT, BUILD AN INCLUSIVE ENVIRONMENT AND CREATE OPPORTUNITIES FOR GROWTH

In 2020, EverWest formed a Diversity, Equity and Inclusion committee that is chaired by Katie Bergen, Senior Director, Investor Relations and Capital Strategies comprised of 17 members. The committee reports to the EverWest Operating Committee and the firm’s CEO. The committee’s responsibilities include: 

  • Recruiting and Leadership Advancement 
  • Employee Retention and Policies
  • Education and Awareness
