COMMITTED TO RECRUIT DIVERSE TALENT, BUILD AN INCLUSIVE ENVIRONMENT AND CREATE OPPORTUNITIES FOR GROWTH

In 2020, EverWest formed a Diversity, Equity and Inclusion committee that is comprised of 17 members. The committee reports to the EverWest Operating Committee and the firm’s CEO. The committee’s responsibilities include: 

  • Recruiting and Leadership Advancement 
  • Employee Retention and Policies
  • Education and Awareness
