Michael Warren
Mike Warren is the Chief Legal Officer, overseeing enterprise legal function and providing strategic direction on key contract negotiations, fiduciary, risk, and government matters. Mike is a member of EverWest’s Investment, DEI and Risk Management Committees. He has over 15 years of experience in commercial real estate legal matters and investments.
Prior to his role at EverWest, Mike was Senior Vice President and General Counsel for McWhinney and Vice President and Assistant General Counsel for Vail Resorts. Mike is a member of the Executive Board and Board of Trustees for Bravo! Vail Music Festival. He received his J.D. from Emory University School of Law and his B.A. in Economics and Political Science from Lehigh University.

CAREER HIGHLIGHTS
- 15 years in commercial real estate legal matters and investments, including development, structured finance, corporate transactions, and joint ventures. Served as General Counsel of McWhinney, a real estate firm with commercial, hospitality, and residential platforms. Prior to that, he was Vice President & Assistant General Counsel at Vail Resorts, covering global mergers and acquisitions, real estate development, and land use approvals.
