EverWest is currently in the predevelopment phase for the construction of a new state-of-the-art 244,500 RSF Class A office building and adjacent five and a half story parking garage in Burlingame, CA. The 12.8 site consists of two existing office buildings and is surrounded on two sides by the waterfront. The new 8-story office building will capitalize on these breathtaking bay views with full-height glass walls, a corner balcony, and large roof top patio. Designed to life-science building standards, the new building is aiming to achieve LEED Gold certification upon completion.
