The two buildings total 188,358 square feet and are located in the southeast Denver submarket directly north of Centennial Airport. The site is located off Arapahoe Road with access to I-25 from Havana Street. At acqusition, building 1 consists of a 28’ cross-dock building totaling 132,300 square feet, divisible to 15,408 sf, 27 dock high and 8 drive-in doors and ESFR.  Building 2 consists of a 24’ FPRL totaling 56,058, 16 dock high doors and 2 drive-in and ESFR.
